Our beauty tools and personal-care products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other order costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee that every product can be supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.
• We cannot deliver to the address supplied.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production shortly after being placed.

Contact office@brutish.agency immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to stop the order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or amendment once the order has entered production, printing, fulfilment or dispatch.

DELIVERY

Delivery costs, estimated processing times and delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

Do not return a product before contacting office@brutish.agency and receiving return instructions.

ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur.
